Doesn’t matter how much you tax people. And it doesn’t even matter if you can keep the streets clear of snow, which Joe Hogsett did not. And now that the snow is melted, the potholes are here… Joe Hogsett couldn’t plow the streets. Dan Parker? Ohh. He can screw the Indy 11 out of a stadium. He can thug all he wants.
