MUNCIE, Ind. – A $1,000 reward is now being offered for information that will help police find Hayden Manis, who went missing from Muncie about five years ago.

The boy was last seen by his extended family on Christmas Eve in 2019.  Police believe he actually went missing in early 2020.

Hayden’s parents apparently had a history of drug abuse, with his father having custody at the time of his disappearance.

Years after Hayden was last seen, his family called and asked police to check on the boy.  That’s when everyone discovered that he was gone.

Unfortunately, the father died of a drug overdose last year.  Many also fear that Hayden is dead, but police are still determined to find answers.

This case even received national attention earlier this week, getting featured on the “Crime Stories with Nancy Grace” podcast.

If you know anything about this, please contact the Delaware County Sheriff’s Department or Crime Stoppers.
