Five People Found Dead in Lake Station Home

LAKE STATION, Ind. – Five people were found dead inside an Indiana home Friday, after police were called to do a welfare check.

In a post to social media, the Lake Station Police Department explained that officers found the bodies around 2:45 p.m., at a home in the 6700 Block of 9th Avenue.

At this time, they “believe this is an isolated incident with no threat to the public,” but specific details about the five people and how they died have not yet been provided.
