Willie Nelson, Bob Dylan To Headline Outlaw Music Festival

The Outlaw Music Festival is coming to Indiana and a group of legendary musicians will be headlining the one-day festival.
Willie Nelson & Family, Bob Dylan, Sheryl Crow, Waxahatchee and Madeline Edwards will be performing at Ruoff Music Center in Noblesville on Thursday, September 18th for the “Outlaw Music Festival 10th Anniversary Tour.” The performances will start at 3:45 p.m.
The last time the Outlaw Music Festival made a stop in Noblesville was in 2019.
In the past, famous performers such as Chris Stapleton, John Mellencamp, Neil Young, Tyler Childers, and Zach Bryan have performed at the festival.
Citi is the official card of the 2025 Outlaw Music Festival Tour. Citi cardmembers will have access to presale tickets beginning Tuesday, March 11 at 10 a.m. until Thursday, March 13 at 10 p.m. through the Citi Entertainment program.
