LAWRENCE, Ind. — Mayor Deb Whitfield and the City of Lawrence Utilities say that the boil water advisory is over.
That is according to tests and analysis of water samples by their laboratory.
This incident began on Saturday, March 15th.
Officials say water is safe for the following:
- Drinking
- Cooking
- Brushing teeth
- Baby formula preparation
- Many more chores and activities
Officials also say people don’t need to do any additional flushing. They say flushing toilets, showering, and doing laundry has kept water from moving through people’s systems.
If you have any questions, comments, or concerts, the City of Lawrence Utilities says you can give them a call at 317-542-0511.
