Diego Deep Dive
All right, let’s do a little update here. The Secretary of State Diego Morales is an India. Certainly, the question is why? The follow-up question is who paid for the trip? A very legitimate question that needs an answer, and his office doesn’t get to hide. Just so you know. I too, just a matter of clarity. The Secretary of State to a trip in India where you’re talking business development. First of all, is this in his portfolio? Secondly, did the taxpayer pay for the trip? That is a question we get an answer to. The Secretary of State’s office is just right now being asked by me, Tony Katz, to answer that question. You paid for the trip? We do have a right to know that and we would like to see the proof of the payment. It’s a simple request and right now that’s where we’re going to leave it as don’t have to escalate any more than that. But the question is. Why is he there? And does the trip, well, is it, is it in his purview? Then I saw a post from State Affairs Indiana. Tom Davies.

I don’t know Tom Davies at all. I have no idea who he is. I don’t know if I could trust him as far as I could throw him or then up front, dude. Right. So. I make no commentary on him at all. He writes, “Governor Braun said Indiana Secretary of State Diego Morales is probably overstepping his official responsibilities by taking a business development trip to India”… I looked at this and I said, OK, but this is not a statement. So, I reached out to Team Tom’s team for Governor Braun. And I said, Tony Katz here, I’m looking for a statement. Regarding Secretary of State’s trip to India, there’s a story, you just heard me reference it, that Braun felt that Morales has overstepped his authority, but I have not seen a statement from the governor. Does he have a statement?
